As a Principal of Lee & Associates, Marshal J. Vogt specializes in representing Landlords, Investors, Users and Tenants with the leasing, repositioning, selling and purchasing of commercial office properties. With significant experience in Orange County and the surrounding markets, he takes the utmost care to ensure his clients are aware of the current market conditions and offers a hands-on approach to ensure each transaction is carried out till the end.
Jaimeson Hearne - Principal
Jaimeson Hearne joined Lee & Associates-Orange, Inc. in 2013 as an office property specialist. He focuses on the tenant representation (purchases, relocation, expansion, renewals) and landlord representation (project leasing, acquisition, disposition) throughout Orange County. His goal is to provide strategic, customized real estate solutions to allow clients to make profitable decisions.
Matthew Orville - Principal
Matt Orville has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and joined Lee & Associates in August 2013 as a Principal. He is responsible for multiple accounts, each with a different outlook and corporate culture. His experience with Fortune 500 companies, coupled with his well-rounded education, help him deliver cost savings, promote efficiency and provide a unique perspective to his client’s real estate portfolio.
